I dont know why i cant apply a skin using Messenger Plus! I even tried reinstall but its not working.. Please would be glad if anyone assist me.

Following is the screen shot, the error message im getting i get when i import.



The version is use is Version 2009 (Build 14.08117.416)

I installed the latest Messenger Plus..

I reli dont know what to do.. Helping out would be really appreciated..

What type of file are you trying to open?

well.. i dunno... its say Messenger Plus! Skin Pack

say for eg: i want to download da followin skin

Post a screen shot of what you see when you click Download..

Did the download complete fully? 

Is the file-size the same as expected (2.15mb)

Are you able to open the file with WinZip or WinRAR and view all of the files inside?

@ chrissy - i dnt c anythin.. its jus da normal way it downloads.. when it finishes da downloaded item is a icon of msg plus icon.

@ djdannyp - NO DA FILE SIZE IS NT DA SAME...

redownload it son, no need to yell either.

Correct, the file hasn't downloaded properly, try clearing your browser cache and then downloading it again

Please don't send Private Messages to get problems fixed, keep it to the forum thread and then the whole community can assist you.  Also, please refrain from typing in block capitals as this is considered to be shouting and therefore rude

omg... thnx guys... sry 4 yellin... i tried 2  download it with IDM... den only it downloaded properly... thnx guys
