In Windos Live 2011, when I open a conversation, the contact knickname will show followed by the email. Something like this:

nick <xjy@hotmail.com>

and then there is the conversation. When chatting email does not show, but it does show in the window frame of the screen.

Let me paste a screenshot of what I mean. In one arrow you see purely the knickname, but in the other, the window frame the email gets displayed.



Is it possible to remove the email from the screen? How can this be done?

I am chating with some friends and do not want my peers/colleagues to know, by simply looking at the screen, the email from the person I am chatting to.

Put it this way. Not easily. You can try a resource hack to remove it but not sure if that is even in the resources...
