Signing Into Messenger 2009, takes me to 2011 download page

Every-time I sign into Windows Live Messenger (2009), Microsoft redirects me to a page asking me to download another version of Windows Live Messenger 2011.

Make sure you have QFE3 (14.0.8089.726) installed.
