Plus! 5 is still in development. Until then a partially compatible version, Messenger Plus! 4.9, was released. Check the website for the download.

RE: When released 5?????
WLM 2011 is out for default update in windows and been there for 1 month now, so why is plus5 still not out ? the plus 4.9 is VERY short on funktions that i normally use, but since we has to wait for the plus5 then can the team please fix that annoying ploblem in WLM 2011 with the missing possibility to send call alone with no cam and cam with no call, since WLM 2011 has choosen to barvering us with removing those options

This is not something that Messenger Plus! Live can alter. The 'Send Webcam' and 'Voice Call' features were removed in favour of high definition video calling. The feature can still be used as voice only or cam only if you really want to, as you can disable the other

Webcam featuers fair enough.
But polygomy and most especially logging.
Those are the main reasons i use plus and haven't changed away to a non-msn client over the last few years.

I'm sure that these features will be working fully when Messenger Plus! Live 5 is released, it's just a question of biding your time at the moment while the development team ensure that they are delivering the most complete product that they can

Yeh it's just strange.
As far as i can remember, plus became a microsoft partner or gained an association of some sort a long while ago.
I can understand it not being ready for RTM, but after its pushed to automatic updates is a totally diff story.
The focus of plus has moved away from the basics into bloat (eg. skins) and the dev schedule is suffering/lagging because of it.

You have been misinformed. Although there sure have been talks between people from Plus! and various people from Microsoft from time to time, there is no connection in any official form between Messenger Plus! and Microsoft. Like the disclaimer at the bottom of http://www.msgpluslive.net/ says: "This site is not affiliated in any way with Microsoft Corporation".

RE: When released 5?????
After a quick check.. i was thinking about the meetings in '05 with microsoft in which a NDA was signed.
From that i took it to believe that plus was getting some sort of preferential treatment or advanced (non-public) knowledge from the msn development team.
