Hi,   I have a lot of Hotmail emails which are "locked" displaying an envelope and padlock which I cannot delete.   Please I need help to solve this problem.  Thanks in advance. Onetiah

You're probably using your Hotmail account with Outlook, correct?

It sounds as if the lock feature is part of Outlook, so try and unlock the messages in there.
