O.P. whats wrong with msnger plus v4

i downloaded it recently from here.
I have Windows Live Essentials 2011
but the msnger plus does not work with it.
it says it's not downloaded in memory, wait the update ??!!

whats is that mean ?
please anyone tell me what is should to do

i downloaded the msn from here

The latest Plus! is not yet compatible with WLM 2011. Take a look at Plus 4.9 on WLM 2011. Which features work and which ones don't
