When I go to options and click on the lock tab then on the system tray icon for the systray where you can choose your own, it will NOT accept any file except dlls and "icon" files what ARE icon files? ".icon" ?


How do I make them? I wanted to use this image as the messenger lock systray icon, attached..

That icon maker does not work with my browser, it uploads the image but when I click "Make Favicon!" it displays a blank image to download.


Edit: Wait no, think it may be working now. Takes a hell of a time to load though Thanks chum

Everytime I do it, it makes the favicon icon GREEN. The original was black. Help anyone?

Thanks chum! I just decided to ask my friend to make me a invisible/transparent 16x16 png image, then I used http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/favicon/ to convert it. Works great and hides msn PERFECTLY now when its locked!
