Why post a question if you're not really bothered? Either ask a question and patiently wait for a reply, or decide that you're not actually interested enough to use the software and leave it.
I've never seen or come across this kind of problem before with MP!L. As mynetx has already said, if you have programs that change DPI settings (I think GDI+ did something like this too), that may cause the window to cut it off.
Again, it'll be best if you provide us with a screenshot of the problem so we can better understand it.
