O.P. Can't Move / Minimise / Maximise / Close WLM 2011 Window
Ever since I've had Windows Live Messenger 2011 I've not been able to move, maximise, minimise or click X (close) the contacts window. I can stretch it and make it bigger/smaller from the sides and bottom of the window but that's all. Conversation windows are fine!

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

All suggestions welcome

See Windows Live Messenger unresponsive titlebar in main window. Cant move/maximize/close.
Finish the problem
