Hi!

I have 2 computers, where the one of them are running Windows 7 x64 and the other Windows 7 x86

On my computer with Windows 7 x86 there is no problem.

When i installed Messenger Plus! on my computer with x64 and are running WLM, there is going 2-5 minutes and then i get an error-message: "Windows Live Messenger is not responding" - "Windows Live Messenger are restarting".

This loops always. Then i tried to uninstalled Messenger Plus!, and the problem was fixed. Installed again, and the problem comes again.

What's wrong here??

Are any of the online features (MyPlus, online logging) enabled?

If so, try to disable it and see what happens.

Yes, on both my computers this it enabled. On my x86 machine, i still get an error message that MyPlus! online log failed. And then on my x64 machine, it's, what i said, crashed.

But i would be a little bit sad, if it should work when i have to disable this feature and it then works, 'cause it's a great feature. Then i don't have to save my chat logs local on my computers.

Hi Freakerz,

I believe that currently there seems to be a problem people are experiencing with MyPlus! online chat logging, however a fix is being worked on.

Please try to disable this option (for now) and see if this keeps your Windows Live Messenger from crashing.
