I dunno why this is happening, but it only started happening not even thirty minutes ago, nobody is blocked, but it shows them all as offline and I dunno what to do~!
I think it would be most helpful if you could take a screenshot of the state of your contact list, and a Chat window with any contact. This may aid us in finding out what's wrong (and will even give us version numbers of WLM, and/or plus) - be warned, try to edit out any contact emails to avoid the occurrence of spam
