my password works on the website, but when i use it to unlock my chat logs it says that it is incorrect so i cant save my chats or view them, can anyone help me fix this please? 

What do you mean with "unlocking" your chat logs?

In case you mean decrypting encrypted logs:
Your MyPlus! password or your password for these forums have got nothing to do with the encryption password for chat logs. Those are different things.

It is impossible to decrypt encrypted logs if you don't know the correct password.


The password for encrypting/decryptin chat logs must be set here:
Plus! > Preferences & Options > Logs > Logs Encryption

The password for your MyPlus! account to upoad chat logs must be set here:
Plus! > Preferences & Options > Passwords > MyPlus!

I just used my MyPlus! account to automatically register my conversations online. But, today, my Messenger Plus! starts saying that my longin and/or password was incorrect.
Then, when I tried to login on the website, my passwors isn't working yet. So, I tried to send the password to my email.
But, when I openned my email, the password, was completely different that the one I used.
I tried again to login on the website using this "new" password.
And, it doesn't work again.
Then, I sent the password again to my email and, for my surprise, it sent to my another password. I tried 4 times and everytime I sent to my email the password, I received a new one.
So, I can't login. And my Messenger is telling that my account is temporarily unavailable.
Can I recover my account? Or just stop this infinty change of password?

If you click the forgot password link the site generates a new one for you, that is completely normal. You can alter this password again yourself after logging in (http://www.msgplus.net/MyPlus/My-Plus!/My-Profile?page=credentials).

Give it a go again today by clicking the forgot password link again and try to log in again with that one. Should you still experience problems pm me your registration name/nick and email address you registered with and I'll have a look.
