I have used - god help me - msn for years now. What I'd like to know is when, if EVER , the 'support' staff of MSN do anything. I am tired of having to deal with a sub-standard, but SOLE service. I'd like it if Gates ( W ) stopped shoving charity monies out allover the world and concentrated on providing the service that this IS supposed to be.

Neither does Bill Gates work for Microsoft anymore, the charity stuff is his current job.
