O.P. Emoticons not working right.
Hi, since the last update, iv been having trouble with emoticons, its pretty annoying. When talking to most people, and i put ':L' for example, it shows what i typed and the emoticon next to it, obviously it isn't supposed to show what i typed to get the emoticon up, it happens when they send one too. When talking to some people, its fine and just shows the emoticon. Im using the latest version of Messenger too.

Does it show this after you have used the /clear command?
Does it show this in the typing area or in the chat history area?

I'm having the same issue. WLM 2011, with A-patch, latest Plus version.
It will show the code for the emoticon e.g. :P and then the emoticon itself next to it. Only in the previous messages, not in the typing area.
I'm using the contact font override if that makes any difference.

Does removing the patch solve the problem? If not, does uninstalling Plus! solve it?

I've just tried it.
Removing the patch makes no difference, but uninstalling Plus! fixes the issue  |

Same here, it's from Plus! no doubt about it.
Uninstalling fixes it, but to be honest I really don't want to uninstall it.
Hope someone come up with an answer to this problem.
By the way, I'm not using any scripts/skins/etc, only pure WLM 2011 and Plus! 5.
