Windows version: Windows 7 ultimate service pack 1
Windows Live Messenger version: 2009 (Build 14.0.8117.416)
Messenger Plus version: 502
Laptop: XPS L502X

I dont have SweetIM or SmileyCentral installed.

when i try to install any masc, appears a message saying " The Messenger Plus must be switched!"

"It appears that your messenger plus! has been removed from your PC without your permission"

anyone can help me?

Which anti virus are you running? It appears that something is interfering with Messenger Plus!.

Do you have an NVidia graphics card?

Also please follow the rules and don't double post. We help when we can not everyone spends every waking moment on here like we used to so please have patience.
