I need to know how to use polygamy Messenger Plus?

You have to start more than one Messenger process.  Either start a new instance from the Start Menu, or middle-click the Messenger icon in the taskbar (Windows 7 only) to start another one.  Then you can login to a second account (if you have auto-login enabled, click Cancel on the signing in window so you can enter alternative credentials).

Are you running Windows Live Messenger in compatibility mode?
