O.P. Quick text configuration, wrong settings page
When clicking the "Plus! Features" in a conversation window, go down to "Quick texts" and then click "configure..."
Gettin the preferences window, but in the three, and it shows the page for Plugins! (Plus! Plugins) not as i expect that it would be "Features -> Quick texts.

Please confirm, and hopefylly fix to next realese :)
