Hi,

some of my online chat logs cant be read for some unknown reasons. Each time I click on it I'll get transfered to the page, which contains this following text:

Is there any way to read oder to download those logs? they are very important.

In order for us fix this it we first need to be able to replicate it. Could provide additionals informations.

When was the last occurence? so that we can check the server logs at that time.

Is this error occur on every of your log or just a specific one? If so could you provide the session id or (date, email, contact) .
