Is this a known issue or not i really don't know, searched forum for this but cannot find any answer. All my online chat logs which are older than 2011 are gone... I've deleted local files after backing-up them online, so is there anything about that?

Are you using the chat log viewer from Messenger Plus! or the online log viewer? If you are using the online log view from msgplus.net, please check the year drop down list. I can't find trace of your user account in the database do you use the same nickname on msgplus.net?

Both of them. I can see all logs of past years

I see, in order to investigate this further we really need to known the user name that you used for these logs.
