Title says it.  Looking for opinions from community members on the cons &/or any pros to these two bills currently tabled in the US legislative system. 

Also, what do you think about megaupload.com being seized and shut down... and what you think about the response from the internet community, both verbal and direct action (retaliation website take downs[justice.gov, universalmusic.com, riaa.org, mpaa.org, copyright.gov, hadopi.fr, wmg.com, usdoj.gov, bmi.com,  fbi.gov, and others]). 

Chances are, you'll get almost all "No"s here
