Hello,
I'm having issues with online chat logs.
I have installed wlm 14.0.8117.416 and the lastest msg plus, I have setted the online account and tested it.
The problem is that when I try to see the log I can select the contact and the month but it shows nothing....
I have tried with 2 different computers, any suggestion??

May be an obvious question, have you interacted with this contact this month?

i got the folder Online -> contact@email -> log files April 2012 but when I click on April 2012 it shows nothing, like it has not uploaded anything

There is no issue with the online logging. I’ve tested and it works.

Is online logging enabled?

When you click on the ! icon of the chat window, you have the Plus! menu. Do you see "Stop online logging" or "enable online logging" ?

I  have checked the myPlus account and the connection was successful.

Yes, online logging is enabled
I have contacted a buddy never contacted before, wrote some words
Local logging: Stopped
Online logging: Stared

I checked the Chat log viewer, the log folder with the contact name was created and also April 2012  Log File but still empty

Please log in the web site www.msgplus.net . Then My Account->My Logs

yes they are online, but are not displayed in  the chat log viewer, I'm on ie8, upgraded to ie9 with no luck (I'm using ff for browsing)
