when will there be winamp 3.0 suport?

As soon as I get the 2.x one complete, which won't be long. Just need testers for NowPlaying 1.3. I'm looking through the Winamp 3 sdk as we speak, so I may start on it tonight.

The problem with the Winamp3 SDK is, THERE IS NONE! (for Visual Basic )I'm gonna have to do this the hard way, but that's nothing new *^_^* If this goes as planned, I may have NowPlaying 2.0rc1 ready by Friday, which I highly doubt, so stay tuned.

Description of bug: When i use send file it don't work it just sends text (/xlmpsnd) and not the mp3


<EDIT> i have tested /xlmpnik and it works great.
but when i use /xlnikol it only restores my last nick name not my first one, say if i change the song display more than once in my nick it will restore it to the first song i played, then if i play another song it will restore the song i played before that.

I'm also aware the host is down, and I over-wrote 1.0 locally by mistake. I can probably restore it by loading my old backup from floppy, but I don't think its worth it so I'm posting 1.3 since there's not that much difference. (See first post on thread)

mey32, can you please tell me what you mean by sends text, and not the mp3? It should have requested a file transfer, as it uses /dropfile <path of current song>. /xlnikol is supposed to restore the last nickname, so if you were to change nicknames multiple times and wanted the original one back, you're SoL, but I'll look into this.

all /xlmpsnd did for me was, send /xlmpsnd in the converstation window it didn't send the mp3

Strange. I must have forgotten to add some error handling there. I'm playing with it right now. If you are comfortable with using/browsing the registry, can you tell me if you have the following key: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\WinAmp.File\shell\play\command ? If not, then that may be the reason for it erroring, and I'll try a cleaner way of getting the current playing song other than checking the registry.
