its amazing dude..
but the only problem is..
my winamp2 scrolls the song..
and cuts off half of the song title..sometimes..
like you said..
if their is anyway you can fix that that would be cool..
but other than that..
keep up the great work on this thing..

I could TRY, but I don't think it'll work. I could make it read ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags, but there's the issue of seeing which exists, and which doesn't exist, and ID3v2 tags can be longer, but aren't always existant etc. Would it be possible for you to disable "Scroll songtitle in the windows taskbar?" I may have to force it to uncheck it and recheck it every time you advertise. Hmm... not a bad idea I'll try that!

I couldn't figure out how to forcefully stop scrolling of the song title in the taskbar, nor is it documented in the 2.x API on Winamp's NSDN page, so it may not be possible.

Also, check the first page. New version.

1.4 prob If i change text in name from Current Song: %artist - %title to any thing else it still shows up as Current Song: %artist - %title

hey do you think there's any way to make it auto update itself? I think that's something we're all REALLY REALLY looking for

Well, if I programmed a Winamp plugin, it'd be a way to auto update itself. Either that or I'd have to write up a small "agent" to hide in the system tray that'll communicate with the plugin and Winamp... My brain's a bit fried right now, but give me some time and I'll think of something...
