my outlook express dusnt let me recieve emails:

Yup we thinks it down many are having problems just wait for SB to fix it . Please no more posts quoting the above over and over

Sorry guys, we've just had a hurricaine (Maryland), and power it out completely and has been for about 24 hours at the datacenter where the server is.  Battery backup went out a while ago, and the backup generator is only powering essential stuff (core routers, etc), and msgplus email isn't horribly essential

Sorry guys, it should be back up sometime soon, as last I heard power has been restored in the area.  The server may just not have come back up right upon restored power.  I'll see if I can check it out sometime tommorow morning, or have sombody else take a look.
