Can you post it here or PM me on how I could make a location of my own, because the only tabs I like on that are the MSGPlus! and I'd like to have a few of my own.

For now you will have to put up with having the tabs that are part of the service. I am working on a tab manager for 6.1 but it isn't finished yet.
Unforunately you can't manually add your own tabs.
I'll let you know once I have the tab manager made.

Oh. What do you mean by tab manager? Like, people have said the info is downloaded from the server, and stored into a file called ListCache.dat
Will the tab manager be decrypting that?

 i'm using msn 6.1 and i applied the patch  . the tabs only show on my @hotmail.com account (i have 2 accounts)  |

I checked, but I get the same tabs on my @hotmail.com account and a non Hotmail account.
This might have something to do with your language version (I'm using the Dutch version).
