First, english only please -- that's what the rules say. Next time try to provide a translation (even if it's not very good) so that non-french speakers can get an idea of what you wanted to say.
Second, bugs should not be reported here, but in the bugs forum.
Third, i think I understood what you said, you have two screens and when you move the Messenger window from one monitor to another it snaps in the borders of each monitor and make it difficult to move.
I don't think this is a great problem as that is exactly what it is supposed to do, and I'm not sure if there's a way to avoid that, but lets see what Sir Patate tells us

Well, actually, it is a Msgplus' issue. He is talking about the new snap to border feature that adapts the MSN Messenger window to one side of the desktop.
