O.P. Window not hooked - right behavior?
One of my contacts has an I'm-not-sure-what thing enabled so he can receive IMs in his mobile phone. He can be offline but I can still send him messages. The window I open to send those messages looks like this:

Should a Plus menu appear in that window? Btw, tags like (!IP) or (!VER) don't work in that window. (they are sent without being parsed).

well it would be kinda weird if you sent /sevillaugh ( no use for it ) but Choli why would you want your ip sent or bold letters? sorry, it may be just me, but I don't see the need in this :P I'm sure you have your reasons Choli, could you explain them? :)

No particular reasons, and the (!IP) was just an example. I may want to send other (maybe) more useful tags like (!T), (!VER) or a (!X...) tag. Just now I don't know. Of course I see no utility to sending bold texts or sounds but commands like /block, /viewlog or /info may be useful. Also, the text recall feature. Well I don't know.

Anyway, the main pourpose of the thread is make sure Patchou didn't add the Plus features to that window on pourpose and not because he forgot to do it. It'd be great if some tags or commands would be added, however I don't care, because I don't use that window. (if was only yesterday, he send me a message from his phone and that window opened :dodgy:)

well now I see what you mean, and some things are useful to use in there I agree, but I don't know if Patchou thinks it's worth adding, and if he does want to add those, but I get your point now :P

I don't care very much if Patchou doesn't add those things (because I won't use them :refuck:). Anyway, I prefer Patchou spends his time in more useful things than in adding that :P

You need to have a mobile device (mostly mobile phone) registered to your .NET Passport. You can do that by going to: http://mobile.msn.com/. This doesn't work for every provider in every country (for instance, my mobile provider isn't listed, so I can't do that).

Also, you need to enabled it in MSN Messenger: Tools > Options > Phone > "Allow People to send messages to my mobile phone"

When you did that and you're offline, your contacts will see a small mobile phone across the red offline-icon. When they double click it, instead of opening up a email window, messenger opens up that screen you showed.

In fact you can always enabled that option in messenger, but of course, it will only work when you have registered your .NET Passport at mobile.msn.
