Gday,
When I drag my main MSN window, it appears to "try" to dock to the right of my screen. Normally it would dock on the right hand side and then by dragging further, move to my 2nd monitor.
Now it will drag but not dock.
When it gets to the point where it should dock, it freezes my ENTIRE system. I am running Win2k(SP4) and I cannot even Ctrl+Alt+Del!!

Secondly, when I click sign in, it will crash the same way.

I dont know what has changed on my system to cause it not to work, apart from the fact that I ran AdAware, which could have deleted something (???).

Urgent advise/patch is greatly appreciated. Will be using straight MSN 6.1 (which works fine at the moment) until I discover a solution.

I suggest that you uninstall Plus! and reinstall it again

have done so twice. not solved. thanks anyway...!

well, I'm sorry to say that I've no idea what'S going on... can you tell me if you get the same problem when you try to dock the window to the left?

Just tested... results are:

A) Hang only occurs when dragging between monitors with docking enabled (eg docks fine on left hand side of primary screen [secondary screen is on right of primary])

B) Dragging between monitors does not cause system to hang if docking option is disabled.

nope, not yet, but it's still on my todo list

I have since discovered a number of other things which cause MSN to hang the comp. These appear to be from somesort of conflict or incompatibilty.
If I right click on my Display name in the main window within a few secs of startup, it has caused hangs. Also maximizing contact groups in the same time period seems to cause this too.
It is beginning to look like a conflict with my graphics driver or something...

hum... well, I have to admit that it would make my life more easy if the confilct was on your computer .
