he was origionally banned, but guest arn't allowed to post only view

The accounts were deleted, that is why they show up as guests.

Whatever happened to "Banned" and a nice line trough their nicks? That made more sense.

thats what usualy happens but those user accuouts just happend to get deleted i think DJM's was deleted by request and the other oen prolly just got deleted from being old and got pruned out

Yeah.

When they are banned their nicks contain a line. There account still exists.

DJM requested his account to be deleted, so thats why it says 'Guest'.

Wouldnt it be wise to change his name so he actually never existed?  This way just seems lazy

There is no account to ban because , as chris said it was deleted; banning guests looks a bit silly imo.
