This was total weird

I just got a message that I have a new private message, I click on Ok, and a new window pop-ups, but there was no new message!

I think this is a forum bug, but dunno how to reproduce (duh)

a) did anyone else did get this (don't say you didn't because this will spam the thread)
b) If someone sended me a pm yesterday/today say and try to resend it

right click on the main page and hit refresh... it has update ISSUES... happens to everyone.. it's not a bug, just bad refreshing cause of server overload

I don't have that problem, but a while ago when I got a pop-up I received a PM and pressed OK nothing happened .

pop up blocker?

maybe you have it in other page.
at the bottom of http://shoutbox.menthix.net/private.php select the right one.

sorry, i though you were replying Huuf :chongue:

I assume it's the cache issue as lylesback2 posted... if you load a page that was cached when you actually had a new PM, you'll see the popup again. When did you get your last PM (before this "problem" happened)?

Most likely blocked by a pop-up blocker as Chrono posted.

I had a new pm arround 1 month ago, and it can't be the caching, because my cache auto clears after I close my internet explorer

well just 2 b safe, go to the page, hold shift and click refresh
