Well, ppl we have coming until here since the version 1 of messenger but we have to accept that this version (6.2) SUCKS
The only that we can save for this "new version" is that when the skiners works to upgrade their skins the messenger would look nice well that´s my opinion, post your opinions her

you have to remember that this is a 'within version' update. Many programs upgrade within their own version with very little new features or visible changes.
6.2 has changed 'Launch Site' to 'Fun and Games' a much more appropriate name don't you think? you've got to remember that not many people have the knowledge or care for these minor updates and yes this is a minor update.

I think msn messenger 7 will have the long awaited animated display pictures aswell as some more pointless emoticons and maybe a new feature here or there.

NO DOUBT it will also bring patchou a tough time trying to get plus to work again

If MS had named this 6.12, no one would be saying "this version suxorssssssssssss!!!!".

Just numbers.

Let's don't speculate... many people start hating MS every day for this kind of rumors:

to the normal user with no addons or anything, the emoticon "auto-complete" is a very nice feature, And i like it too
just because there was no "real updates" and because all those RUMOURS were not true, everyone thinks it sucks

by the way, how could you be comming here since version 1 of msn?
i didn't think there was a version of messenger plus for that version

Whats wrong with 6.2 , its just the same as 6.1

Anyway 6.2 is fine I dont think anything of it. But I don't really like the auto-complete emoticons very much.

Well the things i hate bout it:
1. server slow, laggy in convo with many
2. if u have a custom emo like "-a-d:" you would see:" -a-d:"

other than i guess im alright, does anyone know where i can find the API's for, cant find its!!

MSN messenger 6.2 is a piece of SHIT, why would microsoft release it, all thats different that ive noticed, is the "activites" is renamed and re-logoed to "fun & games" (oooh the joy --_--)
and the emotions come up in ur text box as u type, which is annoying cos it fucks up some custom emotions so all in all 6.2 = shite
