Hi Everybody,

I couldnt see any information about the compability of Msgplus with Win 98/SE....

Is there anything that can be done, so that it works with Win 98/SE...?

I have some friends who are still using Win 98/SE....

Patchou!!! Can you do something for this??? Please!!! :):^)

I'm using 98SE, and MsgPlus works fine. A few features aren't available though.

Have your friends tried to install it yet?

Yes. Some tried and got some message abt the compatability....  Will ask them and update here....

Be sure they use the latest version of MsgPlus! (2.54.75), especially if they are using msn messenger 6.2

Really? like what? except for the transparency effect, everything should work the same as in Windows 2000/XP (as long as you're using the same Messenger version of course).

I got MsgPlus working on windows 95 :P  So it must work on windows 98Se

Mind that was when :plus2: was very first released

The transparency, and I thought there was some other stuff... :-/ Maybe I'm thinking of features that only work with Messenger 6... I'm using 5. :$

You probably are ;).

As for Windows 95 and Windows NT4, they are no longer supported anymore in Messenger Plus! 3 so you'd better upgrade your Windows (that would be my recommendation... seriously :gfdrin:) or get comfortable with the idea that you'll have to continue to use Messenger Plus! 2.54 :).

I would upgrade my computer just for MP!3:D
