If u change ur country in profile/.NET passport i'd say ur lying.

The patch: not illegal, its not changing anything in the msn messenger program itself it just adds a few gamesmenu's and two tabs...1 for NEOWIN and one for this board (handy)

Make sure ur both using MSNcustomgamespack v.1.0.1 this one works with MSN messenger 6.2 the older one doesn't.

It does change things in the executable of MSN Messenger, otherwise you wouldn't have to patch it

So, in short:
If you're talking about patching MSN Messenger then yes that's illegal.

If your talking about changing your .NET Passport settings, then no that's totaly legit...

i have sent an email to MSN support about this matter (i have not included this page) and i will post back the results "within 24hrs"
