O.P. Canadian Code
I would like to know whether or not there could be Canadian BB tags put in without too much trouble. I hate having to spell colour the American way because all of my teacher tell us to spell it the Canadian way. (no offense to all you Americans.)

I agree.
*Chaos_Grenade slaps whoever made HTML not Canadian friendly*
We should be able to change the BB codes though...

RE: Canadian Code
Normally i would say yes as it would be easier for some
but ive been here a while now and i got used to the code easily as most people have. I don't see it as something that important but in saying that i dont really mind

RE: Canadian Code
well new visitors who dont use BB code that much that are from canada, may attempt to use [colour] and nothing appears... you kinda gotta know a bit about HTML in order to understand the basics of BB code... so people who dont use PC's alot might attempt [colour]

I did that a few times. I edited those posts though. Anyways, it's just a suggestion, so mods, take it or leave it.

RE: Canadian Code
Let's also make Scottish, Australian, British and Irish tags!
And now that you're on it, also make Dutch ones!
[/sarcastic]
Sorry, I think it's the worst idea ever. If you don't know the tags, which are already made like that, look them up in the help files or something...

RE: Canadian Code
Tags are made stock like this.
Look at the colour tags in HTML and CSS, they are specified as 'color'. This keeps with web development standards and as alot of people know this universal spelling it makes it alot easier.
Yes i am Australian, and yes it does annoy me sometimes but you get used to when you have to use color or colour.

RE: Canadian Code
Another picky thread. Can people stop being so ridiculous with some suggesttions? Actually think about how good they are, if you can't type colour, "color" then you shouldnt be using it.
