O.P. Attachements in PM's??..And KAO...
Why can't we have attachements in pm's??? Couse quite frequently wene someone pm's me with a problem, I have to upload the file to a server and give them a link??
( Kao the attached file is for ma dynamic avatar )

the idea of the PM isn't to send files. For that you have messenger, email, ftp, etc... If you're in a hurry, you can make a thread in T&T where you attach the file and in the PM send the link to the thread.
edit: also people would use it as a file storage server and that's dodgy...

I dunno... using database space for files that can only be seen by two members? I don't like it.

If I do that then I get called a spammer lmao..and I don't want that to happen AGAIN
And after a day or two or three a admin can delete them from server space

Erm, yes you can, sending an email with an attachment is uploading the file to the mail server....

What are you talking about...I'm talking about on the forum email button..You can't upload things from the forum's email button...

Just post a thread in T&T....threads that are inactive usually stay for like 14 days, that should be enough time for the person to see the file, shouldn't it?
