It's an MSN Messenger hooker, just like Plus! with some features, most of them also supported by Plus!, the Larger DP's code -as to what I heard- stolen from wtbwplug.
Works for Msn Messenger 6.2, though.

msn shell slows messenger down and it make messenger worse which kinda defeats the whole object of installin it ima  plus! man myself nothing better

hu is alpha testing then id love 2 test it if ur lookin for ppl 2 test it

I believe its a public alpha test, so, anyone who wants it should be able to download it.
