This is starting to annoy me. If my internet has been left idol for twenty minutes then it disconnects me. Sometimes i want to go downstairs for a bit and leaveb the internet on.

Can anyone tell me how to turn this off?? So i can have the internet on for as long as i want. By the way im 56k modem

Try this...
In the systray , you'll see the dial-up status icon.
Right click, then General/Properties/Options/Idle time before hanging up: Never
