ES and Cookie: The suggestion is very good: You press / and the command browers appears. Then you start typing a command, like /c and then in the command list there would only be the commands that start with /c . You continue: /cl and then there would only be /clear and /close, etc...
At any moment, you can
-press enter or tab to insert the selected command in the command browser.
-press Esc to hide the list of commands
-user the up & down arrows to change the selected command.
That would be like when you're programming in VC++ or VB and you type a function and a tooltip with its parameters is shown, or when you type a dot and a list with all the attributes, methods, etc... is shown. That's very usefull.
