I have problems with the new Plus! 3
1) The Computer in System Resources slows down me.
2) The sounds predefined in Control Panel do not work.
3) To the Uninstall the Nikname does not return originates them.
4) Italian language is not visible.
5) MSN Messenger does not inform more to me when they arrive the e-mail.

Have u got the latest plus (3.01.94)? If not get it here: http://www.msgplus.net/ and see if ur problems still exists

Yes, I have the latest Plus!

I Have Windows 98 Second Edition and my system is AMD Athlon XP 2600+ and all software Updated.

1) i dunno
2) try another codec: plus > preferences > general options > sound config
  (mine is set to MPEG1)
3) u can change that in messenger itself: contacts > manage contacts > view contacts by .... choose "displayname"
4) plus > preferences > general options > local settings > under language click "change"..check "use the following translation" and choose italiano
5) in msn messenger: tools > options > general tab..check "display alerts when e-mail is recieved"

If none of that helps uninstall and reinstall plus.

I have decided not to use more Plus! and they are forced to install all the system why MSN Messenger alone
does not work more correctly.

Woah, i thought i gave the solutions
Pretty detailed too!

If that's not what u ment excuse me for takin it wrong, explain more clearly.

I have one solution.
I execute a backup of the system without Plus! with TrueImage 7 of www.acronis.com and then when there is one new version of Plus! i will try it.

Still one solution that council to all:
Before installing whichever program fairies a copy of the Registry of Windows with Regedit why if something then does not work it can replace the registry as it was.

I have found the cause of my problem!
I have tried to install MSN-Messenger 6,1 and works all good also the Plus! 3.
I have written one email to MSN in order to inform them.
