and all that for $950?  in your dreams. thats an expensive computer.
the chips alone might cost about that much...
ur not gonna get anything near that on that budget. either wait a bit longer, which might not be such a bad idea considdering the expected jumps in computer technologies, or get something a little less powerful.

Really, RebelSean, there's a lot of single-proc comps, which have 1024 MB of RAM. And 120 GB HDD isn't really "extreme"/"god-like".
Why one flat-screen? I want 2 |

Is that so? I'm going to build my own comp this week (parts will probably be here Wednesday). Is there some "wow-I-built-it-myself"-feeling? Or do you mean that when you build it yourself it's "a best computer", because you can choose the parts yourself? |
