Can I run a program (not sound) with MSG when a contact in my list enter Online??

The program is a .exe or VBAScritpt of a Microsoft Agent Character. I want use this with alert instead a sound.

set a come back message for that contact (right click on the contact (when s/he's offline) > messenger plus! extras > comeback message). In the message you can use the /run command. Example:

/run c:\bla bla bla\program.exe
