First of all Matty's and Choli's post were the correct and complete answers. So there was no need to continue giving suggestions. And second, you could've better said: "run the MSN Messenger setup again or go to add/remove programs and select MSN Messenger, then choose to "repair" msn messenger" instead of giving the suggestion you gave...
