when i installed msn plus i got this toolbar

This is, I think, what you get if you install the sponsor programme.
To get rid of it:
1. Uninstall Plus!
2. Uninstall the sponsor programme.
Then reinstall Plus! but install just Plus! this time and not the sponsor programme.

that toolbar is not being installed by the sponsor program of msgplus! (it's msgplus!, not msn plus). MySearch is the one that is being installed by Plus!. Have you recently installed any other new programs? If you do have installed the sponsor program, please follow the steps in this thread to get rid of it.

you're wrong, if you uninstall Plus! the sponsor program is being uninstalled at the same time if it was installed. Best is to follow the steps in the thread I gave.

Uninstall plus..reinstall without clickin agree to the sponsor Plus will install if u do not accept too
