Well i have done everything correctly when i added my email account to the pop3 feature. but im not getting notifications and also it doesnt tell me i have new emails. I dont get this. whats wrong with it??? someone pleease help! i even got my friends to send me an email and it comes through but mssngerplus doesnt tell me!

Really make sure you have entered all the details correctly. Also, there's a checkbox above the fields where you enter your information, make sure you checked that one too.

The server is wrong. You cannot use an http server, you need a POP server. If your provider offers you this possibility, the address starts with pop or pop3.

You should check if lan24.us supports this.

It definatly does support that. My friend uses his. I would have asked him but he is away. Thanks loads! one more thing. how do i change the address to wat its supposed to be?

What address do you mean?
If you use Outlook or Outlook Express or another program like that to check your email, you could look in the settings of that program to find the correct information.

Hmm im using a website. not a program. its http://webmail.lan24.us

Probably not, if you're just using the website.
If your friend also uses lan24.us you could ask him; if he uses a different one, I'm sorry, but then I think it's not possible.

No, when you need to go to a website to check your email that means that you are using webmail.

- Messenger Plus! can only check POP3 emailboxes. When you use a POP3 mailbox you don't need a website to mail people but you can use software like outlook or eudora.
- MSN itself can check webmail account, but only their own ones ( @hotmail.com and @msn.com).

So sorry, but you wont be able to check your email with Plus!
