I just tried installing the newest version and everything seems to work fine. 

But as soon as another use on the computer tries to log in using their account, a message pops up saying

Messenger Plus! - Installation Altered
Messenger Plus! has not been installed properly on the system
Please download and install the setup package of this program

I try uninstalling, redownloading and installing again, but the same thing always happens. Have I been doing something wrong?

I have Windows XP Home Edition 2003.

do you have plus installed in a folder in which everyone can access ?
and when the next user logs on, have u actually logged off or just switched users ?

It's installed under C:/Program Files/Messanger Plus! 3 so I thought everyone should be able to have access.

And I'm logged off - I just tried it myself to make sure my family wasn't just complaining about nothing, but it pops up and so does an internet browser, which brings you to plus! homepage. It doesn't do that to me when I log on to my account.

I'm just terribly confused.
