true, but then he can't choose the browser he like. I can imagine that the next question then would be: It opens in MSIE, I want to open it in Opera (or something) , hence I didn't suggested the /run (!P)

well, the /run command opens it in the default browser
I don't see what good a quicktext would do, u mite aswell open browser an add the site to favourites to go there fast. I do however see a point in it to use it in perso status. Example: ur not there (away) an u want the one messaging u to have a look at ur website whilst ur gone.

that's true, but the idea of default browser is that you always usethe browser you like more, ie: the one you've set as default. So i don't think there are many people who would want to use the quicktext setting another browser than his/her default one.
