I noticed a few minutes ago while I was going threw and reading some polls 100+ pages back from latest posts.... And wene I clicked on the Post A Reply button it says I am not allowed to do this or a admin disabled it or something... Am I not allowed to post replies to polls or somethign

If the thread is in Poll Center, no, you can't reply to a thread in Poll Center for sure

It were probably from mods, smods and admins.
I also think from elite members...

I think it's because topics had been moved there from other forums like this topic: What Forum skin do you use?

Administrators ONLY can post replies in that forum, S.Mod's and Mods (were applicable) can edit any post in the poll thread however.
