Internal messages are stored in a resource file, so that error messages, which could appear before loading config, are in correct language (language of Windows). I've sent you the .RES file (Private Message) : you can edit the String Tables with ResHacker for example (your language is 1043)

Yes: every language file *must* be manually added in the code.
What is the official "code" for your language? I mean, for French it's "fr", English = "en", Dutch = ? (perhaps "nl"?)  (it's for the config...)

VGProManiac... colornick.xml seems to be used by another application but I don't understand : which application is supposed to use this file??? Also, the messages you show in screenshot are meant to be in French, aren't they?

de dumb get dumber ... Well I made it in French first, and then translated it into English. But you shouldn't see any French word (since 2.0.629 of course) if you have an English Windows and Colornick's interface language set to English (error messages are choosen by windows from the resource file, or should be)
