If you are not a Computer Administrator on the computer then you wont be able to Make Changes to certain parts of the Registry HKEY_USERS for example.

matty i m the admin here infact i m the only user

i tried running that fix too matty but it flopped i am an admin on this computer so i dont now why it wont work

I Uploaded a newer registry entry, try that. Cheers everyone.
