it doesn't let you post so why does it matter

because its so inefficient

Ofcourse the button is still there, all that has happend is that the thread is closed. Makin that button disappear takes adjustment of the layout of the site, why such adjustments? Looks like a load of hassle over nothin to me.

What's the next complaint? That the reply button is still there in a closed thread too?

i agree, however the q.quote button isnt there so it cant be too hard to make the quote button go aswell

the quick quote is not part of mybboard tho, its sum8 that i guess wdz has coded

Anyway this is hardly myBB anymore, after all changes done by WDZ.
Btw, q.quote is not originally coded by WDZ afaik. But he modified it for sure.
